Leon Pittman and myself had the privilege to attend the "49th Weak Signals Toledo Show" up in Toledo Ohio. The weather was...well... cold, windy, cold, thundering, cold, lightning, cold, some snow flakes and not to mention cold if I hadn't already said that. Besides the weather being a "little cold", the show was fantastic !.
We meet with some of the owners of the manufacturers , i.e., Dennis from Carden Aircraft, Dennis Kirby from Kirby Graphics, etc. who took the time out to talk with us and answered any questions that we had, ( the only question going through my mind was "how in the hell am I going to afford that ! ). We really enjoyed meeting them face to face and shake their hands. They are great people and it's going to be excellent dealing with them in the future.
The show planes were, "sick, just plane sick" The workmanship was incredible. A lot of time, patience, and money went into these puppies and they sure showed it. Off the main floor was a swap meet. However, the merchandise wasn't in all that good of shape... hell - it made the swap meet at Perry, GA look good.  On Saturday Night they held an Auction. A lot of people got some great deals and bought some great planes.

OK - now what did I buy up there.... A Gorilla Grip allen key set for $3.50. Yes I cried on the plane ride home today...... but I'm man enough to admit it.

- ok - enough typing, let's get to the pics....
